We work closely with the dogs to help address individual issues that cause the negative reactions -with the ultimate goal of placing the dog in the proper forever home and educating the potential new owner to help ensure a positive relationship between the dog and human.  At the sanctuary we focus on manners, social skills with other dogs and humans, agility, leash skills , psychological and physical rehabilitation.

We were having some real issues with our young shepherd and feeling like we might have made a big mistake.. However we took her to KC at KCK9 Sanctuary™ and he kept her for a few days and worked with her. Much to my amazement when we returned we found an obedient, well mannered shepherd. But the transition had only just begun. KC took time with us and taught us how to interact with her when we ran into the undesirable reactions. I know it took a tremendous amount of work but I felt like is was pure magic. When I left I knew there was hope, and my husband and I were going to be a huge part of it.  I highly recommend their services. They changed our life.
